The World Venture Forum 2025 was all about Creating Global Relations. Again we brought together investors and industry leaders from around the world to build meaningful connections, share insights, and spark collaborations that crossed borders and industries. It was a truly inspiring gathering shaping the future.
We are currently in the process of finalizing our first speakers for 2026 and will soon announce the initial names.

Kitzbühel is a small town in Tirol, Austria, and the best way of reaching the city is either via car or via train to the Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm train station.
You can either arrive from Vienna (Austria), Salzburg (Austria), Munich (Germany) or Zurich (Switzerland) From there you can take the train to Kitzbühel
The event is in Kitzbühel, Austria. We encourage you to stay in one of our partner hotels. Each event’s meeting point will be posted in the event app ahead of time. We provide transport to/from any Mountain Chalets.
We have partner hotels directly in the city centre of Kitzbühel with special rates for our partners, sponsors, and participants.
Of course, Kitzbühel offers a variety of hotels, guesthouses, and accommodation options. Please make sure when booking that your accommodation is truly located in the town center, so you can easily reach everything on foot.
Yes, you can! It is not recommended as we use the registrations to coordinate things ahead of time. At the start of the day, we will have check-in locations for those that have already completed registration, where you can purchase a ticket if you have not done so already.
The agenda and schedule are available on the B2Match App, but it is also available on the website. In addition, any specific highlights will be posted to our social media pages (LinkedIn and Instagram).
There will be a meeting point posted for each event, where we will meet ahead of time to proceed to the event as a group. Transportation to/from the mountain chalets is provided.
You can register to all the panels and other events via the B2Match. Some sessions have limited capacities so we invite you to sign up as soon as you can and if you wish to not attend, we would appreciate if you deregistered so that someone else can have the chance to attend the session.

There is no specific dress code for the event, except for the Gala Dinner, which is semi-formal wear as befitting of a Gala Dinner. We invite you to participate in the traditional clothing of Austria by wearing Lederhosen or a Dirndl but it is not mandatory.
The start of each day will feature a registration/check-in event to ensure that participants have arrived for the World Venture Forum. However, each individual event does not require further registration/check-in. It is up to you to participate in each event as you see fit.
For the Gala Dinner, vegan/vegetarian food will be provided, and available for request directly on site. For any additional dietary requirements for other events, please contact Julia Gülden-Zeisberger via julia@venionaire.com!
Yes, you can purchase add-on tickets for your family. Children under 12 years old can attend for free; however, they still require a ticket to help us accurately calculate attendance at various locations.

We’d like to gently remind you that this is primarily a business event. While we are excited to welcome participants, some locations – especially those in the mountains –may not be suitable for very young children and could be less engaging for them. We also want to let you know that we do not have childcare services available on-site. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you!
